Great breakfast with my family to start off the week and beat Monday blues!
Another dim sum place at Kepong Bandar Manjalara called Ful Lai. Their Char Siew (barbecued pork) bao is really nice here. Compared to the previous place, it's less oily and bigger. No "flower" opening though. Sadly though, red bean bao was slightly too dry today. I had it before and it was amazing. Sigh.
We ordered: Siew mai, baos, fishball, har mai, pork ribs, stuffed tofu, fried prawns and yam. Also ordered porridge and yong tau fu. I didn't take the picture though. π Love the yong tau fu especially their brinjal! Right texture and enough stuffing. This though was slightly too oily. But it's normal because they have to fry it to make it soft and braise it with yong tau fu gravy. Pork ribs were dry too.
I've tried their lo mai gai here before as well. Delicious! But we were just very overwhelmed and spoilt for choices today that we forgot about it. π
Overall, I recommend their char siew bao, lo mai gai, siu mai and yong tau fu here. π
Food: 6/10 Price: 6/10 (RM 61.20 + drinks. Yup.. Eating dimsum is expensive my friends)
Not bad.. but prawns not as fresh..
