Quite crispy, flaky and crunchy for the taro pastry got layers for skin. But the skin was slightly hard to chew thru. Taro filling got really quite soft and smooth texture.
Hmmm I felt that their pineapple cake got weird taste ?and a lot of fibre for their filling tbh but the outer skin crust just be cracked it off.
