The beans are first deep-fried to rid of the raw taste, then sautéed with minced pork and chopped Szechuan pickled mustard and chef’s sauce till dry and tender

General Tso’s Chicken 左公鸡 (S$18/ small)
Boneless & skinless seasoned chicken thigh meat is quickly fried crispy then sautéed with chilli, ginger, garlic and chef’s special sauce.

Camphor Tea Smoked Duck (S$25.80/ half)
Quality red tea leaves, Szechuan peppercorn, aniseed, cinnamon, cumin seed, are used to marinate the duck for 4 hours, and air dried for 6-8 hours to tenderize the meat naturally before it is steamed, then smoked in comphor wood charcoal with orange peel, lastly, hot oil is bath onto the skin till crispy
