Quite strong, pretty good, relatively sweet, and yolk was hard
This one’s a crowd favourite. Almost every table had it and it’s easy to see why. Chicken is tender inside with a crisp, golden crust that holds up nicely. Topped with a generous heap of fried garlic flakes that are fragrant, crunchy and bold. It’s got that addictive savoury edge that makes you keep reaching back for more. Pairs perfectly with claypot rice or just good on its own. Simple, punchy and satisfying 》$15.80 / Small
Loved the aromatic smokiness the moment the claypot rice landed with proper wok hei that clings to the rice and lingers in the air. The rice is cooked fresh in the claypot so we get that comforting char at the bottom (though I was hoping for more 锅巴). Chicken is tender, lap cheong has that sweet-savoury bounce and they’re generous with the salted fish.
The veg added a nice crunch, simple but effective in breaking up the heavier flavours. The sambal belachan is damn shiok. Spicy, bold and just the right kind of punch to cut through the richness. It ties everything together with a fiery kick that lingers beautifully. Medium portion feeds 2 pax comfortably. Worth the wait if you are craving something smoky and satisfying 》$18.80/Medium
Established in May 2022, this stall attracts a queue throughout the day for their well-executed plates of fried noodles.
.
Their version tends towards the sweeter side, with the soft wide flat rice noodles and chewy long cylindrical yellow wheat noodles tossed with dark sweet soy sauce, chewy lup cheong / dried cured pork sausage, bouncy fish cake, crunchy bean sprouts, gooey beaten chicken egg, juicy blood cockles, and crunchy pork lard. The wok hei / breath of the wok is present but not pronounced.
.
Has a balanced texture, not overly greasy, with enticing smoky savoury sweet salty flavour. A bit of red chili lends a spicy kick. Best eaten quickly when served hot!.

In addition to pot rice, they have recently added ginseng chicken, fried chicken, and some other Korean dishes (but no dog meat). The food is good, but a bit too pricey for what it is. Service is haphazard; we waited a long time and had to remind them to bring out our soju order.

The new skin flavour was good, nice charred taste but the texture is abit meh
Tontoro texture excellent, but the flavour was not good, pork wasn't fresh
Jumbo sausage taste like your standard arabiki but it's very satisfying cos it's so thick
Flavour is actl quite good and pretty addictive but the texture isn't good, it's got a bit too much bite
