Taking residence in the newly opened Habitat by honestbee, Poofy remains true to its name — dishing up light and fluffy Poofy Pancakes ($14) that jiggle to the touch, served warm and topped with fresh fruits and chantilly cream. Don't forget to drizzle on the maple syrup served alongside.

This acclaimed French patisserie prides itself on quality produce, and their extra luxe bakes bear testament to their claim. Our Burpple community hasn't stopped raving about the Pièce Montée ($13.80), a two-tier profiterole tower, and the San Domingue ($12.80) – think caramelised plantains, banana cream, chocolate mousse and a layer of chocolate ganache, housed in a dark chocolate sphere.

The Signature Lava Set and Drink ($14.80) comes with a generous, not-too-sweet scoop of ice cream atop a warm molten cookie, and a glass of soothing Strawberry Sundae tea.
