Clam ($25) - Fresh, briny, sweet clams cooked in an utterly lip-smacking white wine reduction, coconut milk-based gravy enhanced with smokey chorizo, fresh dill, butter, and hazelnut oil. Love the crunchy hazelnuts which boosted the aroma! The addition of chilli and lime leaf made it kinda Thai-style too.

Cream Corn Financier ($6.50/ 2pcs) - Denser and firmer in comparison, this was pleasantly buttery. The dollops of cream corn at the very top had a nice balance of sweet-savoury as well.

Earl Grey Madeleine ($5/ 2pcs) - Prepared a la minute, this warm pastry was absolutely scrumptious! Super duper fragrant and just love the strong tea aroma. Texture-wise it had that light crisp exterior and slightly crumby interior.
