After paying, you are entitled to a tiny bottle of Coyo cultured drink.
Seven free-flow banchan were provided, and our favourite was the seaweed salad, which looked and tasted like coleslaw. It was sweet and crunchy.
A sweet rice wine to accompany the meal. It’s poured into a kettle and then served in small metal bowls for sipping.
I’m not a fan of beer, so I can’t comment much. According to my friend, the mug was icy cold, the beer was smooth and clear, and it was topped with icy snowflakes, making it extra cold and refreshing. However, you need to drink it quickly, as the snowflakes melt fast.
We also added Fried Rice ($8++) after finishing the signature dish. They stir-fried rice with the remaining sauce from the Jjim-dak, which helped enhance the flavour. Luckily, the portion was small.
Comes from Beef BBQ Platter. The steamed egg was airy, fluffy, and served hot. Simple and enjoyable.
