Reminds me of hunan days! Love the stir fry pork alot and the portion is generous! The cabbage is a very unique flavour (peanutty) and it’s very crunchy as well! Definitely a good mix of meat, vege and tofu. A good try 💯

Su Hang Xiang Ban’s lunch set for two offers great variety and balance. The Golden Hunan Stir-fried Pork with Chili was savoury with a gentle heat, while the Tofu and Shrimp Pot came in a light, umami-rich broth. Qinlong cabbage provided a clean, crunchy contrast, and the premium rice held everything together nicely.

Drinks included the Internet-famous Kumquat Lemon Tea and Grape Mulberry Juice—both refreshing and not too sweet. The set ended with ice jelly, a light and cooling finish. At $35.80 before service and GST, it’s a well-rounded meal that’s filling without being heavy.

Tried this place for a simple lunch near Bugis.
The stir-fried pork was tender and not spicy, cabbage was crunchy and the lychee cherry tomatoes were sweet and refreshing.Ended the meal with a bowl of ice jelly.

Located in the heart of Bugis, Suhang Xiangban 苏杭湘伴 is the spot for autenthic Chinese food. Famous for their roasted duck, they offer a delightful menu featuring dishes from Jiangsu, Hunan, and Sichuan cuisines. 🍴
As if the mouthwatering dishes weren’t enough, they’ve got a tempting #BurppleBeyond deal: spend $38/ $68/ $98 and enjoy a free dish worth $15/ $30/ $48.
Head down to Su Hang Xiang Ban today!

Flavourful dishes and many options on the menu!! They also have many private rooms, great for gatherings!

[BUGIS, SINGAPORE] With a wide variety of dishes from different provinces, @suhanggourmet do their savoury dishes quite well, at least from the ones I've had.

The Hunan Pepper Stir Fried Pork 🐷 ($22.80) was the perfect rice stealer, due to its garlicky savoury profile. The pepper had a slight sweetness that was inviting too! Give me a plate of this and rice and I'm happy.

The Hand Shredded Cabbage 🥬 ($13.80) was also well executed, as it was crisp yet well flavoured. Not too spicy, it wasn't too salty as well and I can have this on its own!

Thank you @burpple and @suhanggourmet for the invite and food 😁
