IndoChine’s normal and fried spring rolls and prefer the latter due to its robust taste. The fried spring rolls contained ingredients such as crab meat, prawns, chicken and black fungus etc.

The tender Kurobuta pork loin is sliced into pieces, sautéed with herbs, spices and melted butter before it's served sizzling on a hotplate. They also have a sour-sweet dip that's makes it taste even more flavourful.

One can hardly go wrong with calamari for starters - a typical crowd pleaser 😉 Love how they served this on a bed of rocket leaves. Yumms.

Get this as part of the pretty amazing IndoChine Platter, or order it on its own. Lychee with kurobuta pork loin and bacon - pretty, and interesting flavours.

The ultimate IndoChine Platter - probably the best item to order for starters to go with the drinks. Comes with beef roulade with enoki mushrooms, rice paper hand rolls with minced chicken and roasted organic brown rice, Vietnamese fresh rice paper rolls with tiger prawn, crispy beignets of lychee with kurobuta pork loin and bacon, and Vietnamese scallop rolls.

Very fresh squid with tangy spicy sauce

Shiok

The succulent squid chunks were tender and chewy, with a slightly-crispy battered coating. I enjoyed this even without dipping the squids into spicy salsa rosa; but it was a great dip, giving the mild-tasting squids a fiery kick.

These dainty items were served on spoons; we loved the luscious, crispy exterior that paved the way to the tender pork within.
