Stir-Fried Carrot Cake With X.O. Sauce have made sliced cube sized carrot cake softened, added with beansprouts, garnished with spring onion, fried onions and white sesame.
Spring roll consist of carrots, black fungus, bamboo shoots but i realised their fillings was quite tight and a lot of ingredients inside especially black fungus.
I really like this dim sum dish as red bean paste was quite smooth and the skin of crystal dumplings was quite well made. Can go for another set of teochew five treasures crystal dumplings include red bean flavour. Highly recommendation for ordering !!!
One of recently popular dim sun dish trend - 红油抄手. For me, I didn't really take in spicy food much at all.
One of common dim sum I always order from. Char Siew filled inside the chee fun cheong, garished with diced spring onion and dipped with light soya sauce since chee fun cheong itself didn't have any flavour to taste
