The char siew was passable but the least impressive item we had here.
Their sambal is strong tho. Very intense, with strong sweetness and sourness, as well as hae bi umami
The chicken feet was alright, their braise is pretty unique tho. Noodles were great, the bite is on the softer side but very enjoyable without the alkaline smell. Green chili was very spicy
Absolutely delicious, theirs is their own brand of perfection. Mildly sticky, well braised, and not too soft, the texture of the skin and the meat were both on point
