Toasted almonds are fragrant and matched well with the subtly sweet but thick custard cream. The Liege waffle had a cakey consistency here but was also a bit too dense for my liking
Part of the "Fruit" series here. Chocolate sauce and chopped bananas are a classic combination that can never go wrong. Wished the batter was crispier and tastier though.
