Vietnamese Pork Chop Baguette from Thien Long's second outlet opposite OG Albert Complex (the first at Orchard Towers). Bread was crisp and light, but the fillings inside were a tad uninspiring especially for the pork chop; seemed to be marinated but missing of that grilled smokiness. Cucumbers helped to make things a little refreshing, but the inclusion of pickled vegetables would definitely help up the flavour of the baguette. Perhaps they are better with their Pho and noodle salads.
