I could eat this everyday even if it’s just the Japanese rice and meatballs. The pork skewers were tougher.

I know, I know... it's been around forever but somehow I've never had it 😂
From top to bottom: 1) Chicken ball 2) Chicken 3) Braised egg 4) Unagi, all on a bed of rice.
Not sure if it's just me but it didn't seem worth it to order their sets? I added up the prices of the individual sticks and it didn't seem like it would save any money 🤔

Everything was slathered in the same sweet soy sauce and nicely grilled. I can understand the queues - it is indeed a fast takeaway option and could be fairly affordable meal (depending on what you order)! However, the service wasn't very good as the lady serving was impatient. Probably won't be in a rush to eat this again.

Price: $1.40 for chicken ball, $1.20 for chicken meat, $1 for egg + $3.30 for unagi + $1.50 for rice = $8.40
