The matcha chantilly cream was light and slightly earthy, paired really well with the nama choc

Fragrant and roasty hojicha notes in cake and cream

This was not too sweet, with baked almonds adding a nice texture

Finally get to try the viral JB Seinyu Slice from 𝗫𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘆!! 🤩🤩

We had their matcha , dalgona and yam seinyu slice🍰🍰They have 8 flavors in total 👍Now you can get theirs in Singapore! They are located at their first kiosk at Chinatown MRT Exit A (In front of Hock Wong )

Matcha Seinyu :Love their matcha flavor so much! Not too sweet at all , keep on eating non stop , they have the matcha nama chocolate inside 🤩🤩the seinyu slice is soft and fluffy.

Dalgona Seinyu: The filling inside is dark chocolate nama chocolate 🌰🍫👍If you are chocolate and coffee lover you will love it ! Very fluffy roll with rich filling inside.

Yam Seinyu: Those who love yam , should get their yam seinyu! They have a lot of yam filling (fresh thai yam) , taste light and delicious. Recommend to consume within the day.😋😋

Slight bitter coffee flavours from the cream in the middle! The Nama choc had a strong choc flavour too! Although I forgot to take a photo of the side with the Nama Chocolate before I started eating 🥺.

Definitely worth a try, and I would love to try their taro swissroll next time once it's ready again!

Liked that the cream was light but matcha was a bit more to the floral side, because they use Taiwanese powder which was supposed to have some Jasmine notes! The Matcha Nama choc provided a slightly stronger flavour, but this would still be up to personal preference for floral Matcha!
