Pretty good. Nothing special though, meat portion was generous
Both were excellent today. Siobak was crispy, tender and some pieces had a lovely roasted aroma
The char siew tho, you can tell there's 2 distinct types going on. The centre strip that's darker is almost melt in your mouth and mainly fats. The right strip is more caramelly
To be honest, today's day trip was because I missed good shaola, particularly from you kee. Why is it so damn hard to find good shaola in Singapore??
Also, the KSL branch is a pain to get a cab from at night because a lot of fellow Singaporeans come.
Siobak sucks today. Skin still crispy but otherwise nothing good
Charsiew was still insane. Still the best I've had, for this style. In fact for any orthodox style
Their char siew is so intense we felt like 100g for 3 pax was quite sufficient, cos you are going to savour every piece. However next time I come I rlly want to just get 200g for myself and just die of diabetes+high cholesterol HAHA
The thin crisp is strong but it's abit dry. The marination isn't too strong either
Meh
Char Siew & Siu Yok Noodles (RM11.20)
Noodles go really well with the gravy at the bottom, roast duck is flavorful and has a good balance of meat and fat.
A good place to eat if you crave soup and a good bowl of noodles.

Served piping hot and crispy, tofu is soft on the inside and paired super well with the flavourful minced meat.
