The dish is fresh and very well presented. I love the most is Otoro and white squid. Yumm yumm. Price of the dish: $36. I feel value for money. Recommended.

Meatballs have long been associated with Swedish assemble-it-yourself furniture, can Club Meatballs overthrow the monopoly?
You can "pimp your balls" - exactly the name of the section on the menu - by choosing one of the five types of protein (including the vegetarian chickpea), sauces and sides offered. The iberico pork meatballs were quite delish and um packed a sizeable mouthful. I preferred these to the salmon balls which sounded special but turned out to be a little dry and bland.
We also wanted the pulled pork sliders but what came looked totally different. At first the server insisted they were the pork sliders we wanted, but further inquiry after the meal revealed that those were beef sliders -oops! 不ηŸ₯θ€…ζ— η½ͺ πŸ™πŸ» The management did make amends and waived off the item charges so all is forgiven. Did wish we had the pulled pork though, the beef sliders were 'meh'.
While we didn't exactly have a ball... of a time, the restaurant is still quite a cozy place to unwind over food and drink (strong cocktails!) with friends. The signature dish is worth the try (wagyu seems to be popular) as well as the other dishes like their bruschetta. At least I know where to head to for my next meatball cravings if any (a lot more accessible than IKEA).
A side note: if you manage to read this through or even see the picture without sniggering, you must be younger than 12? For the rest of you, I recommend googling "Schweddy Balls SNL". You're welcome.

Understand that they have two versions now but we went for first version consisting of original, garlic, ginseng, red pepper paste etc. While meat here served are of premium quality, we can't help but wish there was more meat then fats.

And how can we miss getting the hearty and flavoursome Korean Army Stew ($24) that is made of spam, sausages, instant noodles in spicy broth.

It was love at first bite for me a few years back, and it's still lovely all the same today. Steamed sticky date pudding that is fluffy and moist, drenched with a pool of toffee sauce. Incredibly sweet it is, but that's how desserts should be like and that scoop of vanilla ice cream balances out the sweetness a little! That was sinful but so satisfying.

I'm always amazed at how masterful the dishes at @bridge.sg are, and how they insist on serving fine dining-quality food without the exorbitant price tag.

This black seabass exemplifies precisely what I'm raving about – perfectly pan-seared with a crisp skin, on French white bean stew and a gorgeous white wine sauce that complements the oiliness of the fish.

Quite enjoyed this even though I do not really take noodles. This would serve as a good lunch/brunch savoury options, for those who wish to have more proteins. I think I might just request for a knob of butter next time and toss it with the noodles! It is just me. πŸ˜‚πŸ€— Key Lime Pie - We were deciding whether to get the lemon meringue pie or this. Eventually, we settled for key lime pie as it is not as commonly found as the other. If not for the guys, I think I can finish this by myself. Great balance of tanginess and subtle sweetness. The super buttery crust was able to hold its shape well without being too hard. I would order this again for my cheat meal and pair it with a cup of long black. πŸ™Š

Had a good conversation with Daphne(the owner + barista) as well, like how the whole team went to Melbourne and Bandung for retreat, etc. More than just taking photos and eating, I have always love chatting with the baristas/chefs/owners, it makes the dining experience more fun in a personal way!

My favourite waffle and gelato spot of all time. Many find it hard to believe I can down all that on my own, but really: been there done that. In fact I find it hard to have anything lesser than this everytime I visit! My must-haves are their Salty Malty (salted horlicks) and Chocobaby (really dark and rich chocolate). If those flavours aren't your thing, their Balsamic Strawberry and Bananut are pretty good too.

The meat literally melts in your mouth and the well rendered fat just coats your mouth with enough goodness before it gets overwhelming. The unique star fruit pickle creates little burst of crunchy freshness to compliment the richness of the duck. You could sit there and eat this all night long.

Those who love their tipple will appreciate the intensely alcoholic kirsch-soaked cherries (more please, haha!) of the new Blackforest waffle at Artistry. When eaten with the decadent dark chocolate ice-cream, 70% cacao sauce and chocolate shavings, it delivers an interesting interpretation of a deconstructed Blackforest cake.
The only thing I reckon will make this even better is a big dollop of fresh whipped cream. I am keeping my fingers crossed that my feedback for its inclusion will be considered seriously. πŸ˜„
