One of the best homemade salted caramel sauces I've ever had is liberally drizzled over crisp, light egg white waffles with a scoop of milky vanilla ice cream.
Made enough space for my banana split waffles ($18.90)! Caramelised banana, toffee sauce, sugar crispies and vanilla ice cream. Everything was good except for the toffee sauce. It was so watery I couldn't make out what it was until I referred to the menu.
Fourth visit back at Carvers & Co. The egg in the hole was not crusty on the side, and can't taste much truffle on it.

Here's a Yuzu Cheesecake & Mango sorbet with Chef saying a Sawadee. Good looking chef who can make sweet desserts...hmmm... and the cheesecake is soft like ice cream!

Managed to get a table and ordered their lunch set with hummus dip, pita, salad, falafel, kebab, pilaf rice and dessert. We were expecting more authenticity in taste, but at only $15 we ain't complaining.
