Soon Lee Heng's fried carrot cake could be one of the best fried carrot cakes that I've eaten for this year.
Serving is huge and stall owner has added quite a huge portion of eggs.
Quite savoury indeed.
$2.50 for this portion, it's good enough to share with a friend or two when you have a variety of delicious hawker food. Spoilt for choice.

Very good latte in the Sutera Mall. Beautiful pour and creamy cheese cake.
She recommended me to try this and I was blown away. The soft, cushiony ondeh ondeh sponge was chiffon-like, so light, so soft and so fluffy! Though the ondeh ondeh flavour wasn't intesnse, the layers of gula melaka in between the sponge was distinct with a sweet note. Sweet enough to be eaten on its own. The ondeh ondeh cakes here are officially my favourite. And also my mum's favourite. I've got orders to get this again when I revisit JB ๐
This cafe definitely hit the spot to my tastebuds' happiness with their wide selection of food and dessert choices at affordable prices. Essentially a slightly spicy and richly tomatoed mee goreng, and a dead ringer for the original apart from the noodles here being firm and bouncy instead of limp and nuah as the hawker variety can be. 3.6/5

Huge serving, queue for about 5 minutes, Placed order for medium portion @ $3/=. Had Mee Pok, the Mee Pok was lumped together. I still prefer the dried BCM from 538 Bedok North. 6.5 out of 10. I won't die die come over here to have this.
A whopping huge ass serving of penne coated with dry curry sauce, garnished with chilli padi and spring onion.
Fragrant, but not as robust in flavour as I'd hoped.
