At first it looked like the waitress just served us paper towels to wipe our hands before dessert. Then we realised it was mochi wrapped like a paper towel. With this thin mochi and the ice cream and red bean inside the results was just delicious!

Old school flavors from old school bakeries. You just can't get the same flavors from breadtalk or any other not so traditional bakeries. 6 for $8.50 much cheaper than breadtalk as well!

Served warm. This tiny cube is perfect accompaniment for an afternoon tea session. Enjoy cutting into the cube and bask in the delight of gooey lushly tiramisu custard.

Wow. My first experience at Dazzling Cafe. Simply breath taking honey toast and pristine service. Seeing that it was our first time at dazzling. The host explained to us the menu. After much debate we decided to get the Hazelnut Chocolate Honey Toast. When they say this is the most instagram worthy foods. They are not wrong! (Who's they?) No idea! Anyway. The toast took a bit of time to prepare so in the mean time we were left to sip on our matcha green tea latte. Sublime..... finally when the toast arrive it was almost as if the whole world stop to gasp at the same time as there was a minute of pin drop silence..... Taste wise, it doesn't fall short of expectation. As sweet and as mouth watering as it looks. Enjoy.

Undoubtedly the best and most innovative coffee invention ever. A must try!

And the star of the night goes to....... (drum roll please........) Charcoal Beancurd Braised With Bamboo Fungus And Pine Nuts. Do not judge this dish by its color. The homemade beancurd is delicately prepared by the chef. Infused with edible charcoal, hence the blacken color. This dish boast a certain detoxing properties. However, the pleasure of this dish lies in the texture at every bite. Soft and pillowey. Puts the ultimate test to the term silken tofu. A definite must try. After trying this dish, one will look at tofu an possible enlightened way.

Post reunion dinner spread on 2nd day of CNY. We came here due to its seperate vegetarian menu. This authentic Chinese restaurant is boasted to deliver cuisine that are fitting for both the health conscious and pickiest of eaters. The rice dish of the day is this spinach fried rice prepared with spinach juice this rendering that lovely jade green color on to the rice. The rice is not overly oily and seasoning is just right. A must have!

Not your run of the mill bar bits but this is not too be missed. Instead of ordering fries again. We opt for the grilled padron peppers bedded on a spreading of sweet subtly tangy Romesco sauce. Divine!
