Tucked in an inconspicuous corner of the confusing Suntec City, Pasta Supremo serves a masterpiece called Supremo Porky Marinara ($14). Letโ€™s talk about the pasta sauce first. Itโ€™s a East-meet-West marinara sauce thatโ€™s sinfully and deliciously adorned with pork lards, giving a crackling and tasty bite. Yet not overly oily or heavy. The bacon and meatballs are in generous portions and are perfect with the topped parmesan cheese.
Pro tip: Burpple Beyond has 1 for 1 promotion for this. What a deal.
By the way, I was not exaggerating when I said this dish can save Suntec. My direction-challenged friend got lost in Suntec and swore she wouldnโ€™t be back. But after this dish, she said she would be back. #truestory

this little creperie tucked in Seah Street revived my memories of having breakfast in Paris.. we ordered a savoury (La Brehat which translates to egg, ham, emmental cheese) as well as a sweet crepe (Geraldineโ€™s favourite which translates to homemade salted butter caramel, cooked apples and homemade vanilla ice cream on the side). Really authentic buckwheat crepes and they tasted so good without me feeling guilty with the carbs.

๐Ÿ˜‚. Luckily the queue moved rather fast and we got our burgers within 45 mins after they opened for business at 10am. I intended this meal to satisfy my full day dietary needs so I got the Stack burger ($14.3) which comprise of their signature juicy beef patty that melts in the mouth, plus the breaded crispy Portobello mushroom patty with melted cheese and Shack sauce. Letโ€™s just say it was worth skipping the Sunday sleep-in. The cheese fries ($5.9) were a pity though .. not crispy and it was soggy. The strawberry milkshake ($6.9) was like a meal on its own.. not overly sweet and filling.

This was so bloody good. Caramelised and crispy and melts in the mouth. Char siew at its best!

How did they find pig with the right amount of fats that melts in the mouth yet donโ€™t feel oily? And what an ingenious way to pair with thin layer of seaweed rice cracker .. the other dishes at Eileen are also very good: ้™ˆ็šฎๆฒน็ˆ†่™พ ๏ผˆtangerine peel fried prawns), ้พ™่™พๆณก้ฅญ (lobster rice), ่‚ฅ็‰›็ฒ‰ไธ็…ฒ (beef soup). posh chic ambience . #WEWinShanghai #่‚ฅ่€Œไธ่…ป

No prize for guessing what was the outcome โ€”> ๐Ÿท I like Peach Blossomโ€™s version as it is not overly burning. The rest of dishes were very good done in Cantonese style..

Itโ€™s back to the grind on 2 Jan and nothing changed except the calendar. My mood is as Chao Ta as my food lol. #ๅผ€ๅทฅ้ฅญ

We had the 1) sea urchin & tuna belly 2) mussels and caviar 3) smoked sardines and red peppers, and also 4) assorted shellfish because the first 3 were just amazing. Itโ€™s the entire package that makes this place charming - from the alcoholic selection thatโ€™s lined from floor to ceiling, the standing bar concept, and having tapas thatโ€™s little art masterpieces on their own made right in front of you. #WEWinBarcelona

With the โ€œPeranakanโ€ style tiles and You Tiao (fried dough sticks).. lol. But the chocolate should give it away that it is in Spain.. Itโ€™s churros with chocolate for breakfast. Their churros is very similar to our You Tiao. There is no sugar coating unlike the ones we have been introduced to in SG. Love it so much. We also had some local toast which they eat with tomato and ham. Love the vibes in this Spanish Kopitiam. #samesamebutdifferent #WEWinSeville
