their regular hot Matcha latte is gao gao loaded with Matcha aroma (yummy) and the gimmicky Military Latte is a nice layered concoction of Ronin Matcha shot, Dark chocolate and Milk when unstirred which took away much of the attention from main star. This simple bowl of hot kitsune udon is the best comfort food after a call on a rainy Sunday afternoon. I do feel there's a serious lack of decent udon in Singapore so I always come here for my #udonfix as the noodles are handmade here from an imported proprietary flour mix from Kagawa. 🌶 the chili was crunchy and full of haebi umami flavour, noodles al dente and well marinated with black sauce, mushrooms & black fungus. final icing on the cake was that oozy egg which was perfect when stirred in with everything else. paired with my fave (upsized) traditional Kopi from @coffeebreakamoy

interesting blend of pork and amaebi (sweet prawn) flavour with crunchy cabbage, minced pork, ajitama (marinated egg) and al dente noodles. the broth was so flavourful that we slurp everything down to the last drop. go for the shio if you want unadulterated prawn flavour, miso if you like slightly sweet & earthy or shoyu if you fancy saltier & bold 🦐🍜 .

Elegant and delicate in flavour, the fish paired well with the warm sushi rice carefully pressed into form by Chef Roy. The shoyu glaze upped the fragrance but never threatened to upstage its fishy main star.
