🇪🇸Spanish Rice Bowl - Pollo Asada ($14.90)
Loaded with ingredients, this bowl is full of flavour and textures. The guac and pico de gallo are super fresh and overall just an amazing dish A+
🌮Quesadillas - Pulled Pork
The pork is a little on the tougher side but still super good, its cheesy and the sauces on the side pair perfectly.
🌵Quesadillas - Cactus
Yeah everyone was hella surprised to learn that they actually put cactus in this but surprisingly it works. Its kinda salty and has a crunchy texture reminiscent of bell peppers or okra. Super interesting and not bad!
🍗Angry Chicken Wings ($13.90)
These wings are put in a bag and shaked with seasoning, no wonder they’re so angry 🐓 these are probably some of the best wings I’ve had, theyre super crunchy on the outside yet so juicy and tender that the meat just falls off the bone. Not to mention how flavourful they are with zesty and salty elements.
🫓Trio Nachos ($22.90)
Comes with 3 colours of corn chips, 3-cheese queso dip, pico de gallo and homemade guacamole. I dont know what they put in that guac but damn its super fresh and packed full of savoury flavour, what an absolute unit.
🌶️Mala
📍A Hot Hideout (@ahothideout)
📌 Sembawang Road
💰 $55.88
I first tried A Hot Hideout at their first outlet in NTU. I was super happy to learn that they had opened an outlet along Sembawang Road, making it so much more accessible. My friend and I visited right at opening time for dinner and it was already super crowded, throughout our meal there were people standing around waiting for seats so if you want to visit, definitely head down earlier.
We got one soup and one dry, with ingredients like scrambled eggs, fried potato, fried lotus root, meat, veggies and more. What makes AHH standout so much is that they deep fry some sides to create the most incredible chips ever. The scrambled eggs are super super soft and fluffy. The mala soup is also insanely good, its milky and not too oily or heavy. Honestly the best mala in sg imo and I would return over and over again.
You absolutely must get the fried potatoes, fried lotus root and scrambled eggs! Each ingredient costs $2.48 per 100g, so def load up on the more worth it ones.

🍞 Roll Cakes
📍Beccarino's Patisserie (@beccarino.sg)
📌 North Bridge Road
💰 $15 for 4
Another post for @beccarino.sg before they close! I absolutely love their roll cakes, they’re super soft with strong flavours.
🍠 Taro Yam
The taro is earthy and not too sweet, super soft cake too.
🌹 Lychee Rose
My fav because of how incredibly aromatic the lychee rose flavour is. Im normally not the biggest fan of rose but this is so good.
🖤 Black Sesame
The roll contains actual black sesame seeds within, and its really nutty. I wish the filling was also black sesame paste to make it extra extra nutty.
🍵 Matcha
The matcha taste is rich and strong, def wont be disappointed if youre a matcha fan!
🌹A Little Red Flower For You series
📍LiHO TEA (@lihosg)
📌 Multiple outlets
💰 $5.60 / $6.60
🎁 Media Invite
LiHO TEA has launched its new flower series, featuring two drinks topped with a stenciled flower 🌹
The two drinks are Little Red Flower, containing double chocolate milk, and Little Yellow Flower, containing Da Hong Pao Oat Latte. Both drinks are topped with a delicious coconut macchiato, which has the light aroma of coconut and a nice creamy texture!
If you prefer something richer, go for the Little Red Flower, whereas the Little Yellow Flower is more refreshing and lighter on the tastebuds.
Plus, each drink comes with a cupsleeve. When you get the cupsleeve with the characters 喜至福来, you can bring it back and get a free upsize on this series only!
🍞 Rissoles
📍Beccarino's Patisserie (@beccarino.sg)
📌 North Bridge Road
💰 $3 each
Found out that @beccarino.sg is gonna be closing in June, pretty upsetting since I dont know where else to get rissoles in sg :( before they close, be sure to pay them a visit!
🍗 Chicken
Tastes sweet and a little like teriyaki, the chicken chunks are generous and flavourful.
🧂 Black Pepper Chicken
This has a bit of a spicier kick to it from the pepper, its also really generous in terms of the amount of chicken.
🧀 Chicken Mushroom with Mozzarella Cheese
My fav of all 3, the filling is gooey from the cheese and it kinda tastes a bit like cream sauce.
Super good and definitely gonna get more before they close!
🍞Matcha Red Bean Scone
📍Humble Bakery (@humblebakery.sg)
📌 One Raffles Place
💰 $4.80
Was drawn to this scone because it contains a piece of brown sugar mochi! The scone is buttery and crumbly with a strong matcha taste while the red bean is super natural and earthy. Personally preferred the taro mochi one but this was really nice too.

🍫Cocoa Chocolate Lava Pau
📍Bei-ing Dim Sum Club (@chinesetapastheory)
📌East Coast Road
💰 $1.80
At Bei-Ing Dim Sum Club, you can choose to have your chocolate pau either deep fried or steamed. Being the fatty that I am, I went with the fried version but tbh it wasn’t that mindblowing, it just tasted a bit oilier and lacked that fried mantou taste and fluffiness.
The chocolate filling leaned towards the cheaper side, with a really runny and oily filling. Its a little on the smaller end too so the price is a bit steep, generally would stick to their other dimsum offerings.

☕ Tiramisu
📍NestCha (@nestcha.sg)
📌 Haji Lane
💰 $12.90
Tiramisu aint a new dessert, but NestCha does it pretty well. Theirs is infused with alcohol and has a strong, fragrant coffee aroma.
The cake is soft and the cream is smooth and luscious. Size-wise, its not super big and a bit pricey for $12.90, but its a really good tiramisu!
