I actually thought WAKANUI is Japanese before entering the steak house. I am not the person who would Google everything about the restaurant before having a meal. Also, the place was extremely difficult to find, even though I am familiar with marina one area.

Anyway, this is actually a New Zealand steak house, with some awesome salty beef options. One that should not be missed.

Service, decor, staff, food, price, experience, quality all 5 stars. Absolutely brilliant. Look at the photos to believe it.
The only negative for me was that I am a big Eater and had to fill myself with bread. The portions weren't enough for me.

I got a promotion online for 1 for 1 set lunch. The set is for 128++ / pax. That made my experience even better. Ala carte menu also looked tempting. Will surely be back.

Cafe situated right in the Center of tangling mall. Staff is extremely friendly and service is fast.
The mall itself looks dated and tired but doesn't hurt the vibe of the cafe.

Pepperoni Pizza was simple with little meat. Presentation and freshness was on point though. The second dish was a salad which was also okay.

Overall, I only enjoyed this place because of 1 for 1 offer. We paid $30 for 2 dishes and 1 coffee. Had I paid full price, it would have been a different review.

Do 4* if you find a promotion and 3* if you don't.

Takeaway Cafe outside Paya Lebar Quarters. Chill vibe, nice location with a lot of hustle bustle.

Beautiful decor, good service and great beer drinking options. If you book online, there are some food offers as well, so I got 20% discounts on food.

Rack was nicely cooked, meat literally falling off the bone. sauce was yummy. Portions were really big if we include the fries. Well worth the price considering prime orchard location.

Overall I would say $100 for 2 if you eat and drink light. I am not a Drinker, but the jug options for beer looked tempting. Must try once!!

Let's start with the good. Authentic setup, nice Persian music and decor. Fast service and nice taste.

Rest: Place is small and super overpriced for what it offers. Food is service in small portions and prices are crazy. Paid almost $40 for this reck of lamb and flavored rice.

In total ended up spending $100 for 2 for just food. No drinks. I understand it's Haji Lane and everything is expensive but there is a limit to what you can charge for novelty.

Lovely Cafe, made for the gram. Every corner, every accessory is for photo opportunity.

The staff is a little clueless and all over the place, so try to ignore that.

Food is decent. My steak was well cooked. Nothing extraordinary but absolutely no complaints. Also portion size was fair for the price. I got 300gms of steak with curly fries. In comparison to all the cafe in orchard Road, it's regular price.

Right now they have a squid game with honeycomb, same as the Netflix show. You have to follow the cafe on social and win the game to get free iced Latte or similar. Totally fun.

The cafe is okay with 3 stars but experience and fun is 5 stars. So must try one when at orchard forum mall.

Nice place in the heart of boat quay. Staff is super friendly and service is fast. The view is fantastic overlooking the quay.
The place is smoker's Friendly which is a good or bad thing, depending on your nicotine preferences.

Average cost for 2 is about $100, but it's totally worth the money. We ordered the grilled platter for 80++, plus a few drinks. Paid about $150 for 3 people. Must try when in boat quay.

We also tried the dessert, which I will review separately.

I got an online promotion for discount on food. Ordered the lamb Shank, which comes with rice. It's a beauty and the lamb is super soft and almost melting.

Super soft and melty pork ribs, expensive but well worth the money.
Portion size is also huge and leaves you full. The only obvious problem is that the sauce is splashed all over the chops at the time of service. So you really have no option but to enjoy the sauce as is.

The place has Lovely decor, great ambience, super friendly staff and above all they have us 10% discount just like that.

The food is average and nothing memorable but this is not the place for foodies. This is a drink and chill kind of place and does a great job at that. Expect around 120 for 2 people with food and drinks. The place has outdoor seating which is smoker's and pet friendly
