Classic eggs ben on rosti instead of bread! Quite a lovely mix. The eggs and ham were quite standard (but still yummy) and the rosti was done well- crispy and not too oily! We enjoyed it and even though it looks like a small portion, it turned out to be quite filling too! Good meal!
This was quite an interesting pizza! Honestly I expected more laksa flavors but this was a fairly mild pizza. There were hard boiled egg slices, fish cakes, prawns and squid- all resembling what you could expect in a bowl of laksa- but I still felt that the laksa coconut flavour wasn’t strong enough. Overall not too bad, worth trying!
THIS WAS AMAZING everyone should get this honestly this was super super good!! There was an option for choice of pasta and we chose angel hair pasta. The pork belly chunks were SO soft and had so much flavour without being too fatty. I always feel averse to the fats at shaorou hawker stalls but this one was really done well with the skin being super crispy and tasty! The pasta was spicy, similar to regular aglio olio. I will definitely be back!
Quite a yummy dish! The char Siew was tender, soft and seasoned rather nicely. There was an option to choose the type of pasta as well. The egg added a smooth texture to the pasta with each mouthful. The sauce was not too bad but would be nice if there was more sauce! However, wish they would give slightly more meat- felt like there wasn’t enough charsiew for my pasta.
Didn’t get to try the mochi donut, but their yeast waffle was really yummy too!! Super crispy on the outside and yet not compromising on the fluffiness within. The peanut butter soft serve was also on point- great for all peanut butter lovers!! I loved the addition of the caramelized banana! One whole mouth of the peanut butter soft serve, caramel banana and crispy waffle = truly heavenly!! 👍🏻
吃茶三千 is a famous milk tea chain from Taiwan and it truly DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! I was very impressed by the fragrance of the oolong tea that came through the milk- something that many milk tea shops are unable to do well. The konjac jelly also went very well with this drink and the staff was very friendly despite the crazy queue. 50% sugar was just nice!! Very happy with this and will be back if the queue isn’t too long!
Got this with beyond and it was very worth it- about $10+ for two burger meals that come with fries!
The chicken burger was fried crispy and was very flavourful. Somehow lacked an oomph factor, and the burger kept falling apart.
The fried cheese burger was quite unique- the cheese went well with the canned pineapples and we both agreed this was quite yummy! We also liked how the fries were fairly crispy!!
This was a classic blend of all-time favorite bananas, butterscotch and caramel flavours in a waffle! The waffles at twenty grammes are unique for adding items into the waffle batter- bananas were added into this one. It went well with vanilla bean gelato as well! Waffle was very crispy but lacked the fluffy aspect, felt a bit burnt but maybe due to the peak hour crowd.
First time trying twenty grammes and honestly quite impressed with their waffles!! There was generous amount of ham sealed nicely within the waffle. Loved the addition of cheese on top of the waffle too- tasted somewhat like a pizza waffle! Personally felt that the waffle was a tad too dry though!
Sweet potato lovers will love this one- it tastes way better than it looks! This was a pizza with tortilla base, spread with mashed sweet potato and topped with mozzarella cheese. I was initially skeptical about dipping it into whipped cream. Surprisingly, the taste and texture of whipped cream really blended extremely well with the sweet potato. Can’t wait to eat this again!!
THIS WAS THE BEST!! The name describes just how it was. Umami flavors were strong for this tasty dish sprinkled with shio konbu bonito flakes for that Japanese fusion touch! I loved the sweet shrimp XO sauce that went amazingly well when mixed with the onsen egg yolk in all its golden glory. Super good, but fairly spicy!! Love it!!!!
This was really yummy! Slightly spicier than expected, but really loved it regardless. Generous amounts of cheese with chili crab sauce atop a crispy thin crust- our tummies were so happy!! Got this with beyond 1 for 1 and it was such a good deal! Would definitely recommend!!
