TCA Signature blend coffee with Okinawa brown sugar! It was not too sweet and the brown sugar taste added a nice touch! Coffee aroma was strong as expected and I loved the layered presentation! Would order again!

Tried this while on a brown sugar milk boba frenzy!! Honestly quite good compared to a lot of others out there. I generally like those that have more milky creamy taste (such as tiger sugar) but those who like more brown sugar will really enjoy this version more! Pearls were also very very chewy and I enjoyed munching on them. Will be back!!

I was quite upset because this dish is usually served piping hot with melted cheese- but when it came, it was served on a hot plate but the temperature wasn’t hot at all. The mozzarella cheese could not melt (see photo) and I was so disappointed with the 10% of melted cheese which was already beginning to harden upon serving of the dish. The rice cake was also really hard and not chewy at all.

The portion was large enough to feed 2. The sauce was not too bad, spicy but lacked flavour. I liked how they added corn, which provided a somewhat crunchy sensation to each bite! Chicken chunks were also really tender which was nice. Quite expensive without beyond 1 for 1 though!

The pancake skin was quite crispy at the edges. However, pancake itself wasn’t that chewy and lacked flavour. The seafood bits were small, but fairly generous. Dipping sauce was quite tasty so overall we still enjoyed the pancake- worth it with beyond 1 for 1 but I’ve definitely tried better.

This was an interesting rendition of a seafood pasta with the crunchy hae bee hiam bits. The sauce was also very flavorful and the portion of seafood (squid, prawns, clams) were generous. Was so tasty we finished the plate in like 5 minutes. Would order again!!

This was really good! Mac & cheese was fried to golden brown and we loved how the poached egg added a somewhat smooth texture to each bite! The chicken was also done very well, very tender and seasoned very well! Yum!!!

Signature fruit tea (left) was very refreshing and we loved the fact that the watermelon could be crushed to add flavor and sweetness to the citrus drink. The pears were very hard though some might like the crunch in their drink- probably have to uncap and eat with a spoon.

The lychee berry (right) was a little too sweet for our liking but we loved the lychee fruit bits that we could chew on! Feels a little like you’re drinking lychee syrup from the can directly though, would be good if the berry tea flavor could stand out more.

Super pretty and almost too pretty to eat! The unicorn is actually squid ink jelly and is meant to melt into the truffle-infused chawanmushi. Personally, the truffle was a bit too strong for our liking and overpowered the umami blend of the ikura, scallop and chawanmushi. Good for foodies who love truffle!!

Firstly- this is a dish only for the adventurous! We were informed by the staff that the Buah Keluak sauce was an acquired taste. We still decided to try it, but it didn’t go with our palate. Overall, the chicken pieces were generous but rather tasteless and the noodles were not as chewy as the Classic Japanese Ramen that we are familiar with.

A fairly cosy place; did not have to wait long to be seated! The baked liushabao is a MUST TRY and was easily the best liushabao I’ve tried!!! The skin was crispy and the salted egg yolk was rich and buttery! The steamed crispy rice roll with shrimp was also very good- soaked in tasty sauce and I loved the crunch that the fried bits added to each mouthful. Steamed charcoal Siew mai was also served piping hot and yummy. One thing though- the xiaolongbao was disappointing. Skin too thick, pork not flavorful, soup not enough. But overall a good dining experience, XO carrot cake was yummy too!

Haven’t tried enough brown sugar milk drinks but we really loved this! The brown sugar taste was not too heavy or sweet but still super fragrant. I loved the fresh milk used and the tapioca pearls were each fully coated with brown sugar. It was super chewy as well and one of the chewiest pearls I’ve tried!!! Will be back 😍😍

This is not your usual PB&J- generous amounts of chunky peanut butter with sticky strawberry jam wrapped in chocolate bread coated with cornflakes! The cornflakes gave a nice crunch to each bite, but it was overall a little too sweet and sticky for us after a few bites.
