Yesterday on our 10km walk back from West Lake to Old Quarter, we found a roadside stall selling this thin breadstick-like baguette with pâté and coleslaw. It cost 5000dong (SGD$0.30).
Cold Inaniwa Udon with Sakura Ebi. A specially imported udon that's flatter and far silkier than the fat, roundish type we're accustomed to. Chef here tosses it with dashi, shoyu, mirin, vinegar, sesame oil, and truffle oil for a delightfully refreshing, aromatic cold dish.
