This was a very thick and strongly flavoured matcha latte. Some may find it a bit too cloying, but I personally enjoyed it quite a fair bit. This is a rather heavy drink, and is thus not suitable for someone looking for a light & refreshing drink!

Along with mushrooms, green peas, and Great Southern truffle oil.

I am a huge fan of risotto. However, this dish was mildly disappointing, as it did not have much flavor. The duck confit was rather bland, and so was the risotto. It would have tasted much better if there was a stronger flavour to savour.

With sundries tomatoes, bird’s eye chili, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.

This dish was not as great as I had hoped! While the servings of crab were decently generous, the dish was rather dry. It would have tasted much better if there was some tomato cream sauce with a dash of chili. Instead, it was just a rather peppery pasta that prompted a lot of drinking of water.

Served with baharat spice, couscous, aubergine chutney and mint yoghurt!

The chicken was cooked just right, making it very juicy and tender. The skin was also roasted well, and the whole dish was generally quite tasty.

Pappardelle pasta with slow braised beef check ragout, sautéed mushrooms, kale and shaved parmesan.

The pasta tasted home-made, and it was neither too soft nor too chewy. The beef ragout was absolutely delicious! The mushrooms were great as well! I would return to providore just to eat this dish.

This is my go-to place for yummy yet affordable tendons in singapore!

The portions at this restaurant are extremely generous. For $16, you enjoy 2 tempura prawns, 1 large piece of tempura chicken, tempura vegetables (mushroom, corn, long beans, pumpkin), miso soup and chawanmushi. This is a meal that will definitely make you full, but will make you want to return for more! The tempura is well-fried, and the tempura is not drenched in sauce.

This restaurant is often crowded, so do be prepared to queue for awhile. While queuing, customers can help themselves to free iced green tea!

This set comes with soup, traditional popiah and either a drink or a small bun!

While the set may seem rather small, it is surprisingly quite filling. The clam chowder is rich & tasty. The popiah was not as flavorful as I hoped it would be, but the peanut sauce was great. The bun was supposedly spinach flavoured, but it tasted like an ordinary bun to me.

Would return for the soup!

The picture does not do justice to this wonderful sandwich. This sandwich is filled with steak, egg, sautéed mushrooms and some avocado which I added for $2 more, reaching to a total of $16! Though it is on the slightly pricey side, it is well worth the price!

The steak was well seasoned and cooked to a medium rare temperature. The mushrooms were very tasty, and everything tasted great together!

This not your typical sandwich or burger, as the two ends of the sandwich are bagels. There are a range of bagel flavored to choose from - sea salt, onion, garlic, rye and more! I tried the onion bagel, and the taste is subtle yet delicious.

Will definitely visit again to try their other flavors!

This dish is good for anyone who needs a cooling & refreshing dessert.

The shaved ice is great! It melts in your mouth almost immediately. The shop gives quite a generous portion of shaved ice. The mangos are also really sweet and just the right degree of ripeness.

My only qualm with this dessert is that the mango sauce tastes of artificial flavorings.

This goes for $5.50, and can be shared by 2-3 pax.

This dish is by far my favourite!

The pork chop is served piping hot, and is accompanied with this slightly tangy ketchup that complements the crispy slices of pork chop. The pork is not too tough in terms of texture.

On top of this, it also comes with a small portion of potato wedges and peas, which taste decent as well.

Love this dish and have been coming back for more already!!

As the waiter walked to us with the plate of tofu, it was sizzling furiously and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it.

The tofu tasted as good as it smelt and looked. The tofu was well cooked, and came with a variety of other vegetables: long beans, cauliflower and carrots. The gravy complemented the tofu, and was nice & thick. There was also some egg on the hotplate, so it cooked till it was slightly burnt.

Would definitely order this again!

I love anything with melted cheese in it.

The outer covering of the mozzarella cheese sticks was nice & crispy, but the cheese itself was mediocre at best. The mozzarella cheese wasn’t as hot, stringy and melted as I had hoped for.
