- Kaya was rich and more paste-like though pastry was a bit dry.

- Same taro and purple sweet potato paste was generously covered around the sides of the cup, blending in harmoniously with the creamy milk!

- Not too sweet with a slight graininess of matcha powder 🍵
- Ratio of matcha to milk was acceptable.

- I liked how the buttery bread slices were toasted till crunchy crisp, though the former was less so than this.
- With honey and milk injeolmi as well but topped with strawberries 🍓

- I loved the paste that’s combined with purple sweet potato and taro, naturally sweet with mild earthiness, thick and smooth yet not surfeiting!
- Sandwiched in between the toasts was milk injeolmi which had a liquidy mochi-like consistency with roasted soybean powder giving fragrant nuttiness 😋
- Enjoyed the light milk cream on the side which provided saltish notes.

- Opted for thick bee hoon which paired with the dark orangey soup that had a peppery umami with a subtle sweetness!
- Taste had a combined flavour of prawn soup and pork broth from the pork belly, pig’s skin and pork lard, though I’d prefer just a prawn soup base that’s richer 🍜
- Prawns were fresh although many of the clams’ shells were closed.

- Contained crispy prawn fritters, sausages, savoury ngoh hiang, fishcakes, dough sticks fried till golden brown and tau kwa which was my fav, moist with the right firm texture!
- Sweet pink sauce and spicy chilli were homemade and complemented well.

- Lemon citrusy notes balanced the sweet barley water, refreshingly cooling 🍋

- Combination of plum and lemon was refreshingly sour which I liked, balanced with sweetness from white peach!

- Made with lychee, orange and lemon 🍋
- Less sour with a slight floral lavender aftertaste.

- Similar to a cream puff exterior, bun was crunchy with a crackling cookie layer!
- 𝙋𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 (𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙪𝙢 +$1): Buttery and slightly tart, mixed with real pineapple paste that was fibrous 🍍

- 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙠𝙚 (𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙪𝙢 +$1): Tangy with strawberry bits, my fav amongst the 3!
- 𝙁𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙧𝙤 𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧 (𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙪𝙢 +$1): Rich taste of hazelnut milk chocolate, my friend’s fav 🍫
