- Soft tofu served with 4 eggs drenched in savoury spicy sauce with Korean chilli pepper flakes, accompanying well with rice ๐Ÿš

- Didnโ€™t expect a whole fried grouper fish, quite flakey and super worth!
- Coated in sweet smoky sauce which was very flavourful ๐Ÿ˜‹

- Served with radish, julienned cucumber and beef that contained less tendons which I appreciated, though a bit dry and tough.
- Noodles were slippery slurpy with a bite, friend preferred this to Noodle Star Kโ€™s ๐Ÿœ
- Wouldโ€™ve preferred less ice cubes as the broth got diluted halfway. [7.5/10]

- Perfectly charred at the bottom and remained super crispy throughout our meal with soft insides, loved the texture as itโ€™s less dense than usual, probably the best Iโ€™ve had!
- Only gripe was that itโ€™s very oily. [8.5/10]

While the sauce was more than enough to coat the noodles and I preferred the stronger savouriness of this to Obbaโ€™s, the noodles resembled ramen and could have a chewier bite. [7.5/10]

Broth was spicy with Korean chilli powder and had a generous serving of vegetables and a variety of seafood โ€” mussels, clams and squid though not the freshest, not a fan of the noodles which had an alkaline taste too ๐Ÿซฃ [6/10]

Packed with lots of filling (3 pork meat & 3 kimchi) which were very mushy, skin was limply thin and probably too moist, sticking to the tray. [4/10]

Good for gym bros looking for a protein fix I guess, as the fried pork pieces werenโ€™t served hot, quite dry and chewy, wouldโ€™ve liked to be more tender. [4.5/10]

- Broth was cloudy, very flavourful and murky with floating bits of savoury minced pork fat and fragrant fried garlic without an overwhelming porky taste, could tell itโ€™s been simmered for long!
- Noodles were soft probably from the boiling hot soup, like a comforting bowl of slightly overcooked instant noodles, absorbing the deep flavour of the broth.
- Wontons had a silky smooth skin containing peppery minced meat ๐Ÿ˜‹
- Meatballs had a firm bite and seemed to be handmade, but couldโ€™ve given more.

- Squid was huge and well-cooked, neither rubbery nor tough.
- Miso sauce was buttery and umami, elevating the dish together with hints of spiciness from the dollops of chilli paste ๐Ÿคฉ

- Crab meat and prawns were very fresh with a distinct sweetness, pairing well with homemade cod roe mayo thatโ€™s not too salty, I enjoyed it!
- Squid ink pasta was cooked aglio olio style with aromatic garlic.

- Soufflรฉ was super foamy light, melting in my mouth with a crusty cheesy exterior, my fav!
- Tomato rice was creamy, glued with cheese like baked rice ๐Ÿ
