Toast is covered in cheese and a runny egg within. Dish is surprisingly good and is suitable for cheese lovers. However, the bacon jam at the side is not to my liking and is too sweet.

The noodle is cooked al dente and the roast char siew is perfectly seasoned and cooked. Chili is a good pairing to the dish. Wanton is a bit doughy to my liking but prawn within is fresh and springy.

Soup is fragrant and sweet. The ingredients include fish, scallop, pork and prawn and they were all immersed deeply with the flavor of the soup. Would come back for this comfort food!

Definitely a worth contender to the hot fave from dtf in terms of price point, but it’s lacking in terms of the eggy-ness of the fried rice. The marinate used for the cutlet is slightly different from dtf’s.

Definitely worth a try if the queue is anything less than 15 mins. You might want to pass the prawn fried rice and go for the cutlet instead.

Medium rare mignon topped with Parsnip puree, ragout mushroom with shiraz sauce. Meat was tender and complements well with the sauces.

Foie gras wrapped in ravioli, drizzled with hazelnut sauce. This is the star of the day 🌟
Sauce has a fragrant nutty and buttery taste and the foie gras melts in the mouth. Perfect dish to whet the appetite 👅

Japanese curry rice topped with crispy chicken cutlet and creamy scrambled eggs.
The egg is cooked perfectly with the soft moist texture and the curry is not spicy.

Parma ham with melon topped with balsamic vinaigrette. First time trying this combination but felt that the melon was too sweet that it masked the ham.

Crust is light and fluffy along with the slightly salted parma ham and rockets. Good mix of favors that are non cloying.

Kueh salat
The green pandon kueh on top is light and non cloying that i went for the third piece. Defo a good alternative for the typical birthday cake.
However do note that it comes w/ a slightly hefty price tag of $35 per block.

In short it tasted like maggie mee with drizzled truffle oil, honestly it’s hard to go wrong with the fragrance of truffle.
Comes with generous topping of well braised mushrooms and bak choy.
