For $14, the Mediterranean vegetables quesadillas was filling, flavourful, and came with nacho sauce. Burpple 1-for-1 beer is limited to Jing-A brand which limited the selection to 4 choices: Tuhao Gold Pilsner, Pale Ale, Mandarin Wheat, Flying Fist IPA. Had the Mandarin Wheat which was light, refreshing, with hints of mandarin orange; nothing too exciting but easy to drink. The IPA with 6% alcohol was very representative of the style: bitter, citrusy, hints of floral. Would recommend to start with either the pilsner or wheat, then move on to the ales.

subscribe to their telegram channel for deals on discounted bowls for their outlet at nus! was only $10.90 per bowl which made the meal an absolutely deal (: pork was soft and melts in the mouth, topped with generous mentaiko sauce.

so delicious! bought the smoked duck and shrimp flavoured pizzas, which were thin-crusted and full of flavour. definitely worth-it with burpple deal as each pizza is rather large!

chose to ask for no tomatoes, so note that it would be included in the platter! was delicious and the brussels sprouts were cooked to absolute perfection.
not pictured: mocha, mentaiko tater tots, assorted bread
mentaiko tater tots were standard, though there was rather little sauce which made it a little plain nearing the end. the mocha definitely provided the caffeine kick! the bread selection is vast and unique as well, so do give them a try too!

had the signature chocolate & early grey single scoop, both were creamy and delicious! especially enjoyed the strong earl grey flavour and rich dark chocolate

acai bowl done well at an affordable price! the passionfruit in the hawaiian bowl was rather unique and provided a crunch that was well-appreciated

great place to chill and unwind! ordered 2 iced mochas which were stronger than what we expected (in the good way), but well-balanced and delicious!

usually order the matcha/hojicha items (which are extraordinary), but the black sesame parfait didn't disappoint either! came with a variety of ingredients which provided a spectrum of textures, great for goma enthusiasts

ordered the spicy salmon pasta, boom chika wow wow assembly brunch & chicken and waffles! all were amazing and the boom chika wow wow & chicken and waffles particularly stood out to us. the burger was filled with a juicy patty, perfectly buttered buns and pickles which were a nice contrast! the chicken and waffles are on the brunch menu, but definitely does not disappoint. it comes with a potato stack, generous chicken servings and salted egg yolk sauce! would definitely recommend the above two dishes, though all were done well!

they're running a current promotion till 6th sept for 1-for-1 drinks, so check out their instagram for more details!
we had the iced matcha latte, black sesame latte paired with oolong osmanthus & hojicha ice cream on waffles. i particularly enjoyed the matcha latte as it was on the milder side and not overly sweet! the black sesame latte was rather unique as well, and would recommend to those who love black sesame.
the waffles were crispy on the outside and had the perfect crust! the oolong osmanthus ice cream was the best personally, such an uncommon flavour done excellently! would definitely return

had the baby back ribs and crabmeat pasta with white wine sauce! the baby back ribs were cooked till they were fall-off-the-bone tender. the generous portion topped with fries and coleslaw made the dish one to remember (: the pasta was average, as it was too light for my liking. however, if you prefer your pasta al dante with light flavouring, it's still a decent plate of pasta! would definitely visit again due to the great ambience and delicious baby back ribs :")
