This is my favorite go to place for the best bagels in Singapore, and it never fail me with any of my choices. Everything were so damn good especially the Funghi option, but for my return visit I would opt for All Sort on Funghi. simply delicious! 😋

The best avocado toast I ever had by far. Probably it’s because the multigrain is supplied by Burntends Bakery and I tell you, they are damn seeded which I LOVE IT!

Topped with Smashed Avocado (I’m pretty it’s a whole avo), sunflower seeds, mint and tahini salsa. BUTTT they totally forgotten my whipped feta which I received it by the side (not pictured), no complaint cos everything was damn flvaourful and delightful. Damn yummilious!

【Shake Farm】
Definitely my new favorite place for cauliflower and vegetable loading. Everything was so delightful, guilt free and I love warm salad! Super worth it for just $12.90, as it really filled me up damn well! 😋

This is probably the best lunch I ever had in Sarnies and the best thing for entertainer's 1-1.

【Croissant】
When the crowds are hyped about boba tea but I was overwhelmed by the croissants and pastries. I was damn happy when I learnt they have a branch where @thealley.sg is, as the parking at Farrer Road can be pretty challenging.
The croissant was darn good as usual, also always ask to be heated up! I really love my croissant flaky and served warm, and this place never disappoints. 😋#myloveforcroissantisreal

【Apiary】
My long over dues spot has finally completed my night with great satisfaction and stolen heart. 😍 The Icecream were so rich, thick and creamy - everything I asked for. I love the rich prominent Matcha and bitter after taste. As a matcha lover, this is probably the level 1 intensity and I could go a little more intense. Surprisingly, Black Sesame became the star of the night, the grainy texture with a rich and robust sesame taste was soooo delightful - SO DAMN GOOD! I will definitely be back for more, I just can’t get enough!

【Rabbit Carrot Gun】
This place really put a gun into my head, out of all the brunch places I had in Singapore. I had NEVER paid $18+ freaking dollars for Avocado Smash, with feta crumbles, crashed pumpkin seeds, 2 poached egg on Rye Sourdough. It’s my usual to order for brunch place, but it was just wayyyyyyy too pricey. AND the soy milk latte also damn “atasly” expensive can! 🤦🏻‍♀️ 💸😭

Look at the generous size of the THICK and crispy the panko-breaded pork loin was, it was 25-layers of juiciness fried to perfection! The meat was tender and juicy with good amount of meat and fats ratio, well balanced with sweet Tonkatsu sauce layer between the Japanese milk bread. IT WAS SO SATISFYING! - if only the bread is toasted, this pork sandwich would be PERFECT! 😋

【Kakuida’s】
Having the healthy Honey Ginger Kurozu with Orange Peel and Original Baked Donut for $4.90 as a bundle. The donuts are baked (not fried) using rice flour imported from Japan, added with kurozu to enhance the flavour. Love the bouncy-soft texture within and not too sweet. The tea had a pleasant citrus fragrance with orange peel bits floating on the surface.
The ginger was pungent and spicy, balanced with the sweetness of the honey and acidic kurozu. Perfect remedy tea for after lunch digestion.

Finally had the opportunity to indulge in one of the best Italian restaurant, Braci is also One Michelin starred restaurant in Singapore. Thank you @cookjul for spoiling and treating me to the best birthday dinner.
I’m very fortunate and lucky to have @iammirkofebbrile surprise me with the best gourmand 5 courses Degustation Menu, and he did not fail me at all. This is probably the best Italian with a little Japanese twist of ingredients I ever had.

For starter the bread served is from Pulia in Southern Italy and is specially flown in weekly. Served with olive oil from the chef’s village in Italy, the bread is freshly warmth up just the way I like it.

Amuse-Bouche: Sun-dried tomatoes, bottarga fish purĂŠe, and black truffle.

Appetizer: Cone made out of carrot wrapped with Alaskan King Crab meat.

Foie Gras Semifreddo with kumquats and fig vincotto served with toasted baguette. This is new to me, I never had Foie Gras that could spread it like butter. It was so damn mind blowing and irresistible.

Kinmedai Tartare, pumpkin purĂŠe, Oxalis Flower, Daikon dashed with Apple Vinegar with Lavender tea was wonderful way to start of the dinner.

Langustine tail served with Coconut reduction miso from Kyoto topped with rice cracker is definitely the twist of jap-fusion.

Spaghetti served with Gooseneck Barnacles clam topped with sea urchin and wasabi oil by the side was my top of my favourite dish of the night.

As for the mains, we had Japanese A4 Wagyu that was cooked to perfection served with morel Mushroom on sesame cream, beef jus, wasabi oil and mustard seed pickled by the side. The beef was so tender juicy and succulent, it literally melt in my mouth from the perfect amount of fat and meat. It was superb good!

Strawberry Sorbet to cleanse the palate for the main dessert and it was so damn good!
