Fire Cockles 'See Hum'(1kg)($22)😋 Rawest gigantic natural taste blood cockles with lots of juice marinated in homemade chilli recipe. Sibei tok kong ah! So succulent and tastisfying. If your stomach isn't strong enough, I suggest you avoid eating this cause its damn raw, might have lots of bacteria too.

Shrimp Vermicelli($12.90) Peppery savoury coated vermicelli with three standard shrimp. Normal lor. Feel that it's lacking a certain taste.

Moo Ping Rice with Egg($8.90) A sad plating of two charry, sweet & tender pork meat skewer and a sunny side-up over plain rice with pitiful amount of some sauce drizzled over. Comes with a saucer of spicy citrusy chilli. I'm glad that real shiok chilli is here to save my day.

Mango sandwich 5.5nett So they use their signature bread for the sandwich. It's really quite unique, it's got some heft and works well in a thicker sandwich, and it has some bite as well. Almost has a cake like bounce, but seeing how it comes in their sandwich I'm not motivated to buy a full stack Mango today was v sour, this wasn't good at all

Custard bun 3.2nett It's really incredible. The same complaint about the type of bun, being too dense and creamy, would have preferred a fluffier type But the custard is godly. The perfect texture, between lightness and density, just very voluptuous. Flavour was absolutely amazing too and sweetness was perfect. Even the temperature was perfect, it's kept chilled and so having it right there, it was even better than when I took away. I inhaled this. We were supposed to share but I couldn't help but finish it and told my friend to get another one for herself Must try, dining in

3 Cheese w/ Honey- $3 Rly generous with the diff types of high quality cheese but couldn't taste any hint of honey tho. Bread is very soft & chewy👍🏻

Poor Customer Service From The Salad Corner At Tanjong Pagar The employee at the serving counter is rude and I found her being partial and generous with "foreigners/white ppl" and having a irritated attitude when she serves other minorities. Kindly provide the person who is serving a "measuring cup" so such racial discomforts can be minimized. Also, if an employee is not happy serving might as well quit the job rather. If anyone has felt the same wrath from the person at the serving counter pls report here.

Salad Corner @ GSH plaza Not sure why is it not available on Burpple but i get this from the GSH plaza instead of tanjong pagar. The queue is very long (wait 15mins to order + another 10mins to collect). You can choose either warm salad ($8.9 for regular) or cold salad ($5.9 for 6 toppings). Go with warm salad this time with BBQ chicken + 5 toppings (soba, broccoli, roasted pepper, mushroom and onion) with thai lemongrass sauce. It is so tasty that i dont feel like having a salad!

Way too expensive for basics Service and table wait was amazing. Food wise mediocre. Literally scrambled eggs with toast for $16, top up pork sausage for 6, adding up to $22. Look at it. Normal pre packed, processed sausages I would say. Normal bread, not even sourdough. What can I say, basic and soulless food. A bit sad and disappointed and way too pricey. Mocha came in a tiny glass cup. Wasn’t tasty too. Ambience??, no ambience.

Reuben 17++ It's decent, everything was not too strong. There could have been more meat tho. The bread had a noteworthy hard crisp which reminded me of crispy waffles for some reason Overall expensive place and not worth it at all, food is decent but quite overhyped

Maxi Cofee Bar☕️ Went to Maxi Coffee Bar and ordered an Iced Cereal Milk Latte ($7.50) and a Black Cold Brew ($5.80)!😇 Overall ratings 8/10! Really liked the Cereal Latte but the Cold Brew has quite a sour note🥹 Would head back again for the Cereal Latte😁

Chocolate and Coffee Pairing $16++ Got the mocha and tart pairing for one set and the mocha and brownie pairing for the other set. The tart was made using 72% dark chocolate, with creamy ganache and had a slight salted taste. The tart shell was buttery and chocolately, thin and delicate and not too hard. It was topped with some crumbles which were a cute addition. The brownie was made using 75% dark chocolate, hence it wasn’t too sweet, very moist and soft at the centre and texture was great. It was drizzled with chocolate sauce at the top, making it extra rich in chocolate! The mocha came with beautiful latte arts and in a huge cup! Portion was large, while texture was creamy and smooth and silky, while the flavor was rich and not too sweet due to the espresso shot and dark chocolate they use.

Cosy cafe with fluffy seats Great place overall to chill and hang out but the cake and drinks were just average.

Honeydew sago with corn and peach resin Final course and dessert to the burpple set meal during CNY 2022. Not the most aesthetically impressive compared to previous desserts that I had here during previous meals, but it was good and refreshing. Rating 7/10. Service by the staff was impeccable and attentive and deserve 10/10. Great ambience although the restaurant was a little more crowded that I prefer. Will be back 👍

36 Head Abalone with Eight Treasure Glutinous rice One of the courses to the burpple set meal during CNY 2022. Not sure what's with the descriptions of "36 Head" or "Eight treasures" aspects of the dish, but to a plebian like me with unrefined taste buds, this tasted very much like an abalone that's placed on top of a mound fragrant glutinous rice that's been beautifully plated. The anchovies / ebi bits added a slight crunch and mouth texture to the dish as well, which was arguably the most memorable aspect of this dish. Rating : 7.4/10.

Hokkaido scallop with garden salad and mountain yam Appetiser to the burpple set during CNY 2022. Not a fan of yam, but this surprisingly paired well with the sweet and succulent scallop. Rating 7.3/10
