A light & refreshing sorbet with a tart/tangy taste. The sweet-sour notes of freeze-dried pineapple bits added depth & crunch to the sorbet. The perfect palate cleanser after all the sweet & savoury stuff we had.

Caffeine fix this morning~~full bodied latte with medium acidity, hints of carbony & nutty aromas. Slight bitter aftertaste.

Croissant with home-cured bacon & scrambled eggs. Croissant's light, flaky & buttery. The thin, crispy strips of bacon's so addictive! The scrambled eggs a tad overdone thou'.. A wonderful brunch to kickstart my day!

A cup of latte to end the night. A strong-bodied, smooth latte with right amount of caffeine and milk. A stark contrast to the latte I had a month ago. A good barista really makes a difference!
