Japanese-Western mixed. Don't be fooled by this looks small portion tonkatsu sandwich. It's filling! And, yummy! Juicy and tender.

Remember to try their selection of dessert cakes too.

A lovely lemon tart and it has chai seed which makes it to be smething different from the usual. The taste is just nice and good to pair off with a cup of tea.

Worth to return for some coffee and sandwich.

Sinful indulgence. It is so flavorful! After the first mouth, it makes you wants more! Get the taste of seafood freshness burst in your mouth with each bite. Lobster meat was fresh, juicy and crunchy.

Will return to prego whenever there's need for some good pasta.

Had afternoon tea at Tea Lounge. At a glance the buffet area looks small but the spread was good! They've a corner for live station.

Need to highlight this King Prawn Porridge. The prawn taste is so rich that i need to go for a second serving! The prawn was succulent and fresh. Live station includes roasted wagyu beef, laksa, chili crab sauce with deep fried mantou and etc.

Dessert selection was overwhelming! Cakes, tarts, kuehs, sorbet, macaroons and etc... The lemon meringue was lovely. It doesn't comes with the usual tart case but its was a biscuit like crust.

It was nice to see the Chef going table to table to serve individually portioned hokkien noodles served on opeh leaf. That is an authentic way to serve it. It was a little too wasteful to give a lime, half of it will be more than enough for the portion size. Overall it was nice.

Ambience was relaxing, had the pianist playing his pieces. Service was prompt, my pot of tea never ran out of tea. Clearing of used plates was fast. Staffs were friendly too.

Will be back when i craves for a bit of everything to indulge in.

Serving modern Thai fusion cuisine. You can expect to see burger & pasta in thai flavors on the menu. Very much spoilt for choices!

Decided to go for something light... Yen Ta Foo. It is Thai noodles in savoury broth. Portion is good enough to keep one full, has 3 medium size prawns, lots of squids & greens. The broth is light in taste and slight purplish in color.

Will return to explore other food items on the menu. Even though service was just so-so.

Baked cookie for the first time and it's Salted Egg Yolk!

Simple ingredients used and into the oven for 8 minutes.... Salted Egg Yolk, Plain flour, Corn flour, Caster Sugar, Icing Sugar, Baking Powder, Unsalted Butter, Fine Salt, Milk Powder (optional).

Melts in the mouth and salted egg yolk after taste stays. Needs to monitor the cookie and ensure it doesn't gets burnt at the top & base.

Spoilt for choices deciding between the range of burger and other main course. Decided to go for fish & chips!

The filet used is fresh and portion is big too! It is fully covered with the batter and fried to crisp. Loves the fries! No issues on the food & service.

The only thing is they've expanded to the 2nd level but it has high ceiling so can be quite noisy when you've 2 or 3 big groups.

Will be back to try other mains and make space for desserts.

First time using muffin mix from Paul Hollywood!
The name describes it all, Luxurious Belgian Chocolate Muffin. Chocolate smell fills the kitchen while it's being baked.
Just beat egg, butter and water into the mix and next into the muffin cups then oven for 20-25 minutes. Baked a dozen of medium size muffin cup.
Would love to try other of his mix.

How fortunate to enjoy a sumptuous fortune feast! Let me try to describe every single dish here... I'm trying only because upon mentioning of each dish it makes me salivate!

Foie Gras with Peking Duck and Chicken Bak Kwa. Fusion isn't it? Peking duck was crispy on the outside tender on the inside. Foie gras is cooked to perfection and chicken bak kwa, yums!

Soup
Exquisite to serve each a mini pumpkin. Scallops and mushrooms were easy to chew and the taste of seafood freshness in the thick soup. The pumpkin enhanced the sweetness of the soup too!

Abalone & Sea Cucumber
Abalone is amazing! Easily sliced
and not tough. Simmered with flavors too! Usually i don't take sea cucumber but for this, i finished it off. It goes so well with the gravy! The gravy is good enough to go with a bowl of white rice too. Haha!

Prawn
Wasabi prawn with pork floss or was it chicken? Hehe.. most importantly, it is succulent and crunchy. Wasabi taste is not overpowering.

Rice
Surprises are hidden in the mini pumpkin. It has rice, sausages and mushroom. Drizzle it with their special sauce and mix all together with some pumpkin flesh before a spoonful of goodness into your mouth.

Dessert
Mango sago with bird nest. What a great nourishment to end a good feast. My stomach was screaming for me to stop and i totally forgotten to snap the nian gao coated with peanut and fried shredded yam. Nian gao was soft not too sticky. Loves the crunch from the shredded yam and peanut fragrance.

It's worth every cent for the quality, taste, quantity and service! Do check out their selection of Chinese New Year menu before the festive period is over. Grab some takeaway goodies to continue the feast!

Looks classic isn't it? Cakes from Patisserie Glace has never disappoint me.
This cake is a combination of souffle layered in between strawberry shortcake. The fruits used to decorate the cake is fresh and inside the cake you find fresh strawberries too! It's not thinly sliced nor bits of it. It's actually halved strawberry in it.
Seems creamy but the cream is light. Not too rich in taste/ texture.
Pre-order for 15 persons at $90 + $2 for chocolate wording and discount of $3. At $89, it is pricey but it comes with quality assured.
Worth to check out its variations of cakes available.
