1st time I'm trying this chilled almond cream pudding, and I love the incredibly luscious, creamy smooth dessert!

The distinctly Lebanese twist is the garnish of crushed pistachio nuts, lending a fragrant nutty aroma.

Among the better versions I've had, the exterior is crisp with a golden brown hue, while the interior is semi-crumbly and grainy, with good chickpea and spice flavour.

Creamy blend of mashed eggplant / aubergine, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic, and cumin, garnished with pomegranate seeds.

Simple and satisfiying.

Aromatic with earthy, floral, spice notes from the mix of Mediterranean herbs, this closely resembles a pizza in taste!

The meat was smokey but tender; the lamb cubes held a gamey whiff but meat was sufficiently moistened.
