i had expected the ๐๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ฌ๐๐๐ง๐ง๐ฎ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ ๐ [$17.7] to come as a stack of pancakes, but true to its name, it came as a single large pancake, with a cake-y texture that had a buttery aroma and crisp edges. the strawberry compote was just the right amount of sweet too! ๐
the ๐๐ค๐ง๐ & ๐๐๐๐ง ๐๐๐ง๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ [$20.9], recommended by rachel, did not disappoint. at first i was a little skeptical... pork and pear?? on ciabatta? but gosh, they complemented each other unexpectedly well, with the sweetness from the roasted pear slices and the caramelised onions accompanying the savoury bacon and parmesan ๐๐ป

this was my third time having the ๐๐๐ก๐ข๐ค๐ฃ ๐๐ค๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก [$19.8] at a sister restaurant of the atlas family but i still liked it. it is a simple dish, with salmon poached to the right degree and a TON of furikake!

This was a pretty rich and silky rice dish. The egg did help add a certain creaminess to it although I would have preferred it to be creamier. I'm not a fan of bacon but I understand why this was included since it adds a slightly salty edge but doesnโt overpower the risotto, and the fried enoki gave an added texture and sweetness to the dish.
Had it previously at Atlas Coffeehouse and this was equally good. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzled with salted caramel sauce. The buttermilk waffle was light and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside.
