Beef Bro Nasi Lemak (Compass One)

Started out as a pop-up stall at Geylang Serai Bazaar in 2017, @beefbro_sg is a homegrown chain that became popular for selling halal Taiwanese-style flame-grilled beef cubes. And just around last year, they launched a modern halal-certified nasi lemak concept, which offers this popular local dish with a variety of toppings such as the brand’s blowtorched beef cubes!

Recognised as the creator of Singapore’s first ever Mentaiko Beef Cubes, I knew I’ve to try them for myself too. Zhng-ed with tons of sides (Scrambled Eggs, Edamame, Sweet Corn, Mushrooms, Garlic Butter Prawns & Salmon Steak), I wasn’t disappointed at all.😊👍
