I was struggling where to quickly get a cake after work and Publika seems like a good choice. Has their September special, Coconut cake, sponge cake layered with coconut jelly and coconut strips as the topping deco, an Oh-So-White cake, almost no deco 😅. It appear to taste quite decent except that I would prefer it to be slightly less sweet and more refreshing on the coconut jelly. It will be great. Price: RM50 for 0.5kg, Food: 7/10
A mix of everything for what I remember to be RM35 plus tax. The skin of all the meat are really yum and you can even see the bit of paste together with the skin on the chicken.

Decent but not impressive meal, hefty price tag for this plate but a great portion for sharing though.

I love a plate full of greens after a long day of sinful indulgence. Blanched French beans with arugula and roasted butter almonds with three warm potatoes topped with homemade pesto sauce and smoked salmon. The menu mentioned there should be avocado but it was good enough for me. RM35 per plate.
If there was one pasta, that I could eat for the rest of my life, it would be this plate of golden soft shell crab pasta. I have been loving this pasta ever since it was served in Plan B & Ben's and now only available in Ben's. Love the hints of chilli padi which adds a kick together with the fragrant curry leaves, tossed together with their parmigiano reggiano sauce. The only downside to this dish is the price tag! RM36 is a hefty price for a plate of pasta.
I usually enjoy carbonara, so when I looked at the menu, I automatically thought: "Yes, definitely". Little did I know..
Turns out, it was a bit too much for me. The sauce was fine, but when mixed with the egg yolk.. I wanted to cry (not really, I'm just too dramatic).
I wish it was not too much, but it was. I want to try the sandwich the next time though, I think they revamped the menu. Or was it just me.. 🤔
Thanks to my friend, it was deconstructed. It wasn't supposed to be deconstructed 😢 but yes, definitely crumbly.
I liked this plate of desserts. You could really taste the banana, you could also taste (and see) the peach. It was served with vanilla ice cream, so there was a balance of warm and cool. I like. I am still thinking about it, now that I'm writing about it.
I saw this on the menu and immediately went, "Ooh, nachos?" It was there at the bottom right of the menu where Nibbles are, and you'd see Nacho Libre (RM24 inclusive of tax!) on the menu.
My friend got it instead and I took some. In all honesty, I polished off her plate. She was already full. Obviously, nobody touched the weird green leaf thing 😂
The red sauce which I presumed was salsa (my friend said Bolognese), tasted well with the sour cream and avocado thing. I didn't touch the green chilli because I am weak like that. It wasn't bad at all this dish, it's nice.
Firstly, roasted tomato soup? I don't think they actually roasted anything, but I'm cool. It's cool.
But soup, soup is good. Soup is always good. I have no idea why I have been craving for anything with soup and broth. Soup, udon, noodles. I love them all.
They served it with grilled cheese by the side. I didn't eat immediately, and after waiting for about 5-10 minutes after it has been served to me, the grilled cheese was oily. A bit too oily than normal, I would say.
Still, I liked my soup. It was creamy and tasted like tomato and creamy and creamy and creamy. It was good. Who knew I would like their RM18 (inclusive of tax) soup?
I was also quite full after that, but probably just me.
Cheesecake flavoured icecream with digestive biscuits laced with general amount of caramel sauce and chunks of macadamia, best dessert so far!

The pie is served along with button mushroom, grill chicken and creamy sauce. The outer layer of the pie is so crispy! Even the salad was fantastic! I especially love the fact that there were so many healthy seeds and nuts in it. They made the salad so crunchy!
With a side of corn that is so awesome together! Foreseeable this will be a staple for my family at Ben's
