Bingsu... Korean shaved ice that has been a hit for quite sometime now! We have seen many establishments come and go during this time but the main players are mostly here to stay. @bibing.cafe is def one of the better bingsu's around though. Refreshing or heavy dessert, your choice πŸ˜ƒ

Pros: Delicious! Melon was sweet honey melon; shaved ice was very fine and with good flavour yet not too sweet.

Cons: With only 3 basic ingredients + ice, not sure if it justifies the price. To me it is def overpriced. Gets boring to eat after awhile.

Price: S$16.90, melon bingsu

Couldn't resist getting this vibrant bowl when we noticed almost every table digging into one! The scoops of melons were extremely juicy and sweet, making up for the less impressive ice base. It was decently soft and fluffy, but could have been a tad milkier albeit it definitely being a refreshing dessert option. Considering the ingredients used, I'm not sure if I'll be willing to fork out moolah again for it. After having Oma Spoon, it feels quite hard to find another bingsu place to top it!

Love the snow like texture of the bingsu! Bailey flavour was rather light but still enjoyable. The injeolmi toast on the other hand was awful. The gardenia like bread was terribly stale. The whole toast wasn't the springy, crispy, chewy like what I expected but was super dense and limp. The tasteless powdered beans was horrible and I couldn't help but stan harder for Nunsongyee's far superior version.

Served by a korean owner and i remembered they have very good attitude towards customer. It took a little awhile for them to prepare the bingsu. Waited for about 15 - 20mins.
Melon($16.90) was very sweet and it taste really yummy. Like a good bowl of cold melon melting in your mouth during a hot day. That is really awesome! bibim($17.90) taste just like yougurt as they added different types of berries and fruits. It's a very creative and interesting taste. Try it for yourself!

Love this melon bingsu, the melon balls are so sweet it goes well with the vanilla ice cream and shaved ice! Choco lovers add on the choco sauce for more flavor
