It's not very ma or la but it's pretty savoury, at their best. The uncle isn't consistent but 50% of the time it's very good, the flavours penetrate well and the pork belly has a bouncy bite.
The other guy is too young and lacks the skills
This was decent, the sauce is abit less complex than normal and less strong but it's still quite comforting
This is extremely unconventional, and unfortunately it's not too superb.
The scallion oil lacks any sort of fragrance and is more like abit of oil and soy sauce
Minced meat was alright but it's a very normal dish overall
The beef is kind of like beef cubes in those instant noodles, it's that dry on its own. But when you pour the soup over it's alright
The noodles were good but abit too generous, soup was light(surprisingly)

Their standards vary depending on the chef(heard it's a shift system), today's was extremely disappointing
There's no spice and you can't taste the heat but it still lingers, very annoying.
The ingredients were cooked decently though
They're alright but the filling isn't satisfying enough
