Binky Star is a ice cream palour; Situated along Havelock Road, that serves up some quite excellent gelato.
With over 10 flavours to choose from, felt so indecisive, too many flavours I want to try, so ended up decided to try 3 different flavours with waffle.
1) Raya Manis - Banana + Coconut + Gula Melaka
2) Triple Cs (Triple Chocolate)
3) Black sesame
The Raya Manis was our favourite, rich in flavour, milky.
Triple C were good too.
Sesame had a string smoky taste that I was nit used to. But the black sesame taste is very distinct.
The uncle manning the store also very friendly. Will intro which flavours to go for depending on our preference.
Amazing waffles 🧇, paired beautifully with my choice of black sesame ice cream. Came with a small pot of maple syrup for added sweetness.
There wasn’t much review about this place online, so I only chance upon this place as I was around looking for some dessert after meal.
Surprisingly Binky Star is a much spacious cafe concept that opened along the row with Starter Lab Bakery, serving gelato and drink.
So if you looking for some quiet space to grab dessert or drink, this could be a perfect place to go.
They offered wide range of gelato flavours to go with.
