Teriyaki Burger Set with Potato Soup at Lian Xin Vegetarian underneath Buddha Tooth Relic Temple ๐Ÿ

Simple burger, ๐Ÿ” with the soy patty soaked in teriyaki sauce, paired with the veggies in it, Yummy! ๐Ÿ˜‹ Baked beans and cole slaw was pretty nice as well. ๐ŸŸ were crispy and delicious, not too salty, enjoyed it ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

๐Ÿฅ” soup was thick and filling. This whole set was pretty filling, if you are not a big eater, would recommend only getting the burger, it will be sufficient ๐Ÿ‘

Lian Xin vegetarian is fully vegetarian, eggless with no alliums. For vegan options, will need to check with the staff. Mixed vegetable rice might have some vegan options โ˜บ๏ธ

Conveniently located near Maxwell MRT (TE18) Exit 2. It is located underneath Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, find a hidden staircase that leads downwards on the perimeter of the temple ๐Ÿค“

Highly recommended for tourists itching to try local cuisines and vegetarians who wants to try some western veggie food ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Laksa at Lian Xin Vegetarian underneath Buddha Tooth Relic Temple ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

Burst of flavours and taste when I started my first mouthful of the noodles with the soup ๐Ÿ˜ Not too spicy, so good for me (if you love spicy, feel free to add the sambal chilli) Noodles have a firm and chewy texture, love it too ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

This place is fully vegetarian with no alliums. Conveniently located near Maxwell MRT, only 5 minutes of walking distance from Exit 2.

Highly recommended for vegetarians and tourists if you are around the Town area for visiting and want an air-conditioned place to rest and taste some delicious local cuisines ๐Ÿ‘

Wanton Mee at Buddha Tooth Relic Temple ๐Ÿฅฐ

Day 15 of Chinese New Year, crazily crowded and packed๐Ÿ˜ Nevertheless, it was pure happiness seeing flocks of people eating vegetarian โ˜บ๏ธ Love the soup, super tasty. The noodles, ooOooO, has a fragrance smell, thanks to the sesame oil ๐Ÿœ

One thing to note, this place is Fully vegetarian with no alliums ๐Ÿค“ They do sell Western and Mixed Vegetable Rice (โ€œsalad styleโ€) too

Highly recommended for vegetarians or tourists looking for delicious and tasty local cuisines that are economical โ—๏ธ

3 ingredients with bee hoon at an air conditioned area for only $4. Worth the money and filling

Surprised to know that there is vegetarian food available down at the temple. Food is cheap and really good. This cost $3.

Buddha Tooth Relic Temple is a popular Buddhist temple in Chinatown, but do you know thereโ€™s a food court at the basement?

They have recently revamped the food court to introduce more variety of vegetarian foods. So you could enjoy very affordable food in this air-conditioned eating area.

They have mixed rice, noodle and western food options here. And they have different item for everyday, so do check out the menu for what they have for the day.

I came on Friday and they have this laksa pasta. What make them so affordable is that every main you order, you will get the set meal as well.

The set meal comes with a bowl of salad and corn soup. So I definitely would come back more to try the others.

The laksa pasta itself taste creamy and not too spicy.
