Exciting in idea. Fries and nuggets encased with rendang sauce, a la chilli or Coney. But at $5 this was nonsense. Typical BK fries and BK nuggets, with a sauce difficult to reach at the bottom, and suddenly it's $5.
National Day special. I've always found their rendang sauce to be not exactly rendang, but yummy nonetheless. I surprised myself in finding out this BK patty is thigh, not breast.
Such an interesting idea. Kakiage is perfect as a supporting actor but not main actor, that's why this works. Not to mention salmon is the perfect patty for kakiage. The beef version was damn bad.
My favourite pie across all fast-food chains.
