From the Burpple community

Really smooth, yet thick gruel but really lacking in flavour. Generous amounts of pork stomach, liver, and kidneys that didn't have much unpleasant stench but they were served in huge chunks. Would have preferred smaller sized pieces mixed more evenly. The dough was really well fried though but overall would have preferred more seasoning at least, as well as more flavour

P.S. think should be offal instead of giblet lol but wtv that's the name they chose

The wantons are hidden underneath btw. Really plump wantons with a nice firm yet bouncy prawn filling inside. Quite delicious esp in the light yet umami soup(can taste the dried prawns)

U get 6 dumplings, compared to the 4 wantons in the wanton noodle so I guess it's more worth it. Though it is definitely bigger than the wanton it's less plump, thus somehow less satisfying.

At first seems like the half chicken would have been more worth it but actually the chicken was really small so that's doubtful. Chicken was very very flavourful(probably brined) and was quite tender. Char siew was incredibly well marinated as well, with the marinade penetrating all the way into the meat, imparting its dominant sweetness. Texture was decent but despite the amount of blackened parts it wasn't too crispy. Both were solid but overpriced due to the portion

Had some doubt about the ordering of this seemingly plain dish but oh how wrong I was! Very well fried, the rice had a nice chew and grains were disparate. Aromatic with a decent amount of wok hei yet wasn't too greasy either. Impressive and probably the best dish of the meal

Wantons were plump but the highlight was the sauce. Very fragrant from the chili oil which had garlic as well, it wasn't too overwhelming at all and was quite addictive. Really trumps the versions outside which is just vinegar and normal chili oil
