The free flow kimchi was fab, food wise was kind of average.
I always find that the Korean BBQ & fried chicken places do better than the modern Korean restaurants. U think so?
Really digging the colours on this chicken rice set, not to mention its taste. The chicken is gorgeously tender, smooth and slippery – as the cantonese would say, "好滑/ho waat", and that rice! It's cooked so the bite is on the harder side and every chicken fat-infused grain is distinctly separate, just the way I prefer it.
This will be available at Palette at Capitol Piazza from mid-June.
