One of the better ones ive had, the texture is on point, it's dense but smooth, and as you chew it becomes slightly creamy. Lemon fragrance was on point as well
I usually dont recommend these packet cakes cos they're not as good as freshly baked ones, and they dont have any crisp, but this is pretty damn good
65% cacao, not too sweet and there a slight bitterness
