I always ordered the springy prawn paste ball pao fan, the broth was flavourful and quite thick, served with springy prawn ball, and very generous crispy rice and deep-fried egg floss( served in a separate bowl).
💰$7.9.

For those who didn’t know, 泡 (pào) means submerge while 饭 (fàn) means rice. Unlike porridge/congee, @chefwaipoachedrice is cooked separately from the rich seafoody prawn broth that’s made with a truckload of fresh prawn heads. Each bowl of pao fan also comes with deep-fried shredded egg floss & crisp golden rice puffs for that elevated mouthfeel.😋
Serving affordable pao fan from SGD8.90 onwards, here’s what we ordered...
👉Superior Lobster Pao Fan - SGD19.90
👉Emperor Mixed Seafood Pao Fan - SGD11.90
Finally found the legit King of Pao Fan, go give this a try if you haven’t! And did you know they have a noodle option too... 泡面?!?

and didn’t know that they also come with noodle option.
So i ordered the Springy Prawn Paste ball Noodle.
The noodle was pack separately to prevent sogginess, the broth was tasty, the prawn paste ball was springy, and it served with crispy rice and deep-fried egg floss.
💰$9.4 ( online price ).
