This is one affair you won't want to miss out on 🤭

Visited the multi-culinary concept cafe at River Valley. The space houses ex-chefs of Michelin starred restaurants and also passionate tea lovers. I tried the mocktails and tea lattes from The Tea Affair 💓

Today marks the first day of this new tea latte. Made with Taiwanese alpine oolong and fresh milk, this was certainly a treat. Brewed with a good milk-to-tea ratio, we found the components well-balanced and not too overpowering.

Also you know you've grown thick skin when you get the owner to stand in as your hand model 😂

Jokes aside, I enjoyed the fragrant concoction of craft teas made with natural ingredients. As an oolong lover, my personal bias lies with the Cloud 9 Dragon Latte and Oo Longs for Lychee (in previous post). The Earl Grey Knight Latte is not bad too!

A refreshing tropical mix, the mocktail tea features pineapple + orange + apple + passionfruit juice. Got these from The Tea Affair at Culture Spoon, which houses many different concepts under a roof!

This comes with a jasmine green tea base and a zest of lime. Definitely appeals to those with a sweet tooth🍍

From now till 31 Oct 2021, get 50% off your second drink. Discount will be applied to lower priced drink. There's also an ongoing promotion (no end date mentioned) to enjoy 25% off whole jugs if you BYO jug or purchase a reusable jug for $3.

Sounds like a drink you'd order to confess your love 🤣

Made with triple berry goodness, this mocktail tea contains mulberry, blueberry and raspberry purée. It comes with a green tea base, with the addition of lime and mint leaves. It is towards the sweeter side (but then again I prefer my drinks to be less sweet).

We got ours in cups, but they are also available for sale by the jug. There's a 25% off if you bring your own jug or purchase a reusable jug ($3) at their premises.

A long term resident on the menu, this tea latte is creamy and full-bodied. It is made with bergamot black tea and fresh milk🥛

Tried this at the multi-culinary concept cafe at River Valley that houses ex-chefs of Michelin starred restaurants among others. These drinks are from The Tea Affair and the owner (Ashley) shared with us about how she experiments with and shares her love for craft tea!

Did you get the pun? Who longs for Lychee 🤭 Refreshing yet not too sweet, this is definitely my go to drink here! Visited the co-sharing kitchen and tried a bunch of the tea lattes and mocktails at the tea affair.

This oo long mocktail is a recent addition to the menu and is one of their most popular items! I like the addition of kaffir lime leaf (which is usually found in Thai and Indonesian cuisines). Appreciated how we could still taste the robust flavours of the tea despite the different components added. This beverage comes with 2 juicy lychees and is a good thirst quencher, especially in the scorching heat these days 🔥
